The Catholic School Advantage

Selecting a school is one of the most important decisions you can make for your child’s future. With so many options available, the task may seem daunting. It doesn’t have to be. In choosing an Orlando Catholic School, you are giving your child an educational experience not only rooted in high academic standards, but also steeped in the Catholic faith and traditions.

Our approach embraces three components – offer a challenging curriculum that promotes creativity and actively engages students in exploration and inquiry; encourage students to live like Jesus through prayer and a variety of community service projects; and give students a wide range of activities, clubs and athletics to bring balance to their lives, help them discover their God-given gifts and talents, and learn the value of teamwork.

Quite simply, from PreK through 12th grade and including students with special needs, we help form the whole child –mind, body, and soul — within a safe and nurturing environment.

At Orlando Catholic Schools, your child’s education is a community effort, bringing together students, families, a dedicated faculty, and the parish community. Together, we are preparing your child to succeed and to live consciously in today’s global world.

Orlando Catholic Schools welcome students of all faiths, ethnic groups, and socio-economic backgrounds to experience the Catholic Advantage. We invite you to visit our schools to find the perfect fit for your son or daughter.

Catholic education means growing closer to God and strengthening my relationship with him. I like learning about Catholic history and God. It is good to pray in school and to know and see the beautiful things God has done for us each and every day.

My Catholic education has taught me the value of helping others without reward because God gives that reward. I know that God is the reason to be thanked for everything that I have in this life: my family, my friends, my well-being, and my Catholic education. Catholic education had taught me the right priorities to have: faith and trust in God, love my family, love others, and try to make the world around me a better place. I am ready to take on the challenges of the world thanks to my Catholic education.

Annunciation Catholic Academy I moved from Connecticut to Florida when I was going into the 3rd grade and was nervous that I would have a hard time adjusting. But that wasn’t the case at all. My teachers and students in my class all welcomed me. Coming from a public school to a Catholic school was also a change for me. I quickly found that having prayer as a part of our day gave me comfort and strengthened my faith.
