Who doesn’t love cheese? In fact, there’s a day dedicated to this delectable food. June 4th is National Cheese Day, and we encourage you and your family to celebrate by cooking together. Enjoy the magic of cheese with these delicious recipes!

Parmesan-Basil-Cheddar Stars
Give your child a pop of basil and cheese in a star-shaped bite. For this recipe, you need is cheddar cheese, butter, half-and-half, salt, all-purpose flour, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and fresh basil. At a medium speed, beat the cheddar, butter, half-and-half, and salt with a stand mixer until blended. Gradually add flour, the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and basil. Divide the dough into four equal portions, flatten into disks, and roll to ⅛-inch thickness. With a star-shaped cutter, cut 1 ½-inch. Bake for up to 14 minutes, and enjoy!

Cheeseburger Salad

OK, who doesn’t love pizza and potatoes? Load up a baked potato with cheese and pepperoni! This delicious recipe starts with baking a potato. Then, make a tomato sauce, pour the mixture into the potatoes, and top with mozzarella! 

Blue Cheese Mac
Basically every child’s favorite food is mac and cheese. This rich baked mac and cheese is made with blue cheese and will make even those who loathe blue cheese happy. The recipe calls for all the basics but is made with the alternative cheese. It’s perfect for a meal or a side dish!

Jalapeño Popper Dip
